We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data. CabinetCloudAI is a design tool, not a financial platform.
We use your information to: run the design tool, send product updates, respond to your messages, and improve the platform. That's it.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't rent it. We don't trade it. Your information stays between us.
We use a small number of third-party services to run the platform: Google Workspace (email), Vercel (hosting), and Form123 (form processing). These services have their own privacy policies and only receive the minimum data needed to function.
We use minimal cookies — just what's needed to keep the tool working. No ad tracking. No behavioral profiles. No third-party marketing cookies.
If you sign up, you'll get occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time — there's a link in every email we send. We won't make it difficult.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure hosting. No system is 100% secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we treat your data like it matters, because it does.
We keep your information as long as you're subscribed or actively using the tool. If you opt out or ask us to delete your data, we will. No games.
You can: access the information we have about you, correct anything that's wrong, delete your data entirely, or unsubscribe from communications. Just email us at team@cabinetcloudai.com.
CabinetCloudAI is a business tool. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and notify you by email. We won't quietly change the rules — if something changes, you'll know about it.
