CabinetCloudAI is a browser-based kitchen design tool that generates cabinet layouts using AI-powered technology. The platform is currently in "First Look" mode and is actively being developed. Features, availability, and functionality may change at any time.
Some features may require you to provide your name, email, and other information. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
You agree to use CabinetCloudAI for its intended purpose — kitchen cabinet design and ordering. You will not: attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the layout engine; use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data; misrepresent yourself or your affiliation; or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
The CabinetCloudAI layout engine, algorithms, user interface, and all associated technology are the proprietary property of William Prince / Cabinets For Contractors. A provisional patent has been filed. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our technology without explicit written permission.
Any layouts, measurements, or designs you create using the tool belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your design inputs or outputs. However, we may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the platform.
CabinetCloudAI generates layouts based on the measurements and inputs you provide. You are responsible for verifying all measurements, cabinet selections, and order quantities before placing an order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect inputs. Cabinet layouts are for planning purposes and should be verified by a qualified professional before final ordering.
Pricing for CabinetCloudAI services has not been finalized. When pricing is established, it will be clearly communicated. Founding Partner pricing and terms are as agreed in separate communications.
CabinetCloudAI displays cabinet products from third-party manufacturers. We do not manufacture cabinets. Product availability, pricing, specifications, and lead times are determined by the respective manufacturers and are subject to change without notice.
CabinetCloudAI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CabinetCloudAI at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the platform at any time.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "last updated" date and notify you by email if you've provided one. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
